Blomsterringen General Terms and Conditions
Application and Consumer Protection
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to the purchase agreement that you as a consumer conclude with Blomsterringen AB (publ), corporate identity number 556732-7480, hereinafter referred to as “Blomsterringen”. In order to take advantage of your interests as a customer, the provisions of the Consumer Sales Act (SFS 1990:932), the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act (SFS 2005:59) and the Personal Data Act (SFS 1998:204) apply to all purchases on www.blomsterringen.se.
Prices and Fees
The prices indicated on the www.blomsterringen.se are given including VAT. Shipping fee and any return fee will be added, unless otherwise stated. Special fees apply for invoice arrangements, packages ordered against Cash on Delivery/Demand, fast delivery and for unclaimed packages.
Establishment of purchase agreements
Blomsterringen’s products are ordered on www.blomsterringen.se or through our customer service. A purchase agreement is made when your order has been confirmed by Blomsterringen by e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided at the time of placing the order. By order you accept these Terms and Conditions. Blomsterringen does not enter into agreements with minors (under 18 years of age) without the consent of a guardian. On www.blomsterringen.se, contracts can only be concluded with customers with a delivery address in Sweden.
Delivery
The flower ring uses the following shipping options:
• Goods and letters, for smaller items that can be left in a mailbox.
• Packages, the goods are sent to the nearest delivery point with DHL. When the package is available for collection, a text message with information about the serial number is sent to the mobile phone number specified at the time of placing the order. When collecting the shipment, a valid ID document must be presented.
• Home delivery, for goods that due to their size or weight cannot be sent to delivery points are offered home delivery during the daytime. Notification on home delivery is made by phone. Home delivery usually refers to delivery to the first port or land boundary of the address.
Normal delivery time is 2-5 working days from blomsterringen has confirmed your order by email. If the product is included in the order assortment, the delivery time is 5-10 working days.
When your order is sent from Blomsterringens lager, an email is sent to the specified email address. The package should then reach you within 2 business days. In the unlikely event that you have not received your delivery within 2 business days, please contact customer service.
Unclaimed Packages/Items
Packages that have not been collected within fourteen (14) days will be returned to Blomsterringen. If this happens, you will be charged a fee of SEK 299 (SEK) for costs attributable to Blomsterringen’s administration, shipping, return shipping and handling. Unclaimed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
Withdrawal
You as a consumer always have fourteen (14) days’ right of withdrawal under the Act on distance contracts and off-premises contracts (2005:59). If you want to return your item for replacement or repurchase during this time, please use the returned return form (if you have lost it, contact customer service and we will send you a new one). Blomsterringen is not able to reimburse the cost of return shipping afterwards. You as a customer have the right to try and examine the product at home to ensure that the product meets your expectations. If you return an unused item with the associated labels and packaging within 14 days, the full amount will be refunded, or the desired exchange will be made. If the quality of the product has been affected as a result of you as a customer having handled it more than is necessary to examine its properties or functions, the refund corresponding to the depreciation of the product will be deducted.
You can also notify Blomsterringen of withdrawal from purchase by filling in and mailing the Consumer Agency’s form to Blomsterringen. Complaint
If a product deviates from the agreement between you and Blomsterringen or otherwise does not correspond to the description of the product given by Blomsterringen, the goods may be returned. Only original faults are covered by the right of complaint, for example, the right of complaint does not cover faults caused by normal wear and tear. Complaints to Blomsterringen must be made within a reasonable time after the fault has been discovered, but no later than within 3 years. Blomsterringen reserves the right to remedy the defect in the first instance, secondly to the redelivery of the goods and, ultimately, to repurchase. If you have complained about a complaint, use the returned form (if you have lost it, contact customer service and we will send you a new one). Blomsterringen is not able to reimburse the cost of return shipping afterwards.
Enter
When returning, you are at risk of the goods, therefore it is important that the goods cannot be damaged during transport. In order for a full refund to be carried out, the product must be unused and returned in undamaged original packaging, all labels must remain in place and manuals must be sent with them. It is important that outer packaging is used and that tape or other material is not pasted on to the original packaging.
When buying hygiene items, scented candles or similar consumables, the seal must not be broken, such goods with broken seal scan not be returned. The right of withdrawal does not apply at all to goods manufactured or altered in accordance with your special wishes. Returns cannot be sent for Cash on Delivery/Demand. After receiving and approved return, a refund will be made within fourteen (14) days from blomsterringen receiving the return. Refunds are only made by deposit to a bank account, not in cash. Costs for services related to delivery such as express packing and cash on delivery fee are not refundable on a return.
To enable a possible return, you need to be able to detect a purchase and Blomsterringen recommends that you save the order confirmation and payment reference as a receipt for your purchase.
The flower ring pays for one return per shipment. For information or assistance in return that is not covered by the return note and free shipping, please contact Blomsterringen Customer Service.
Return of promotional items
For purchases that are eligible for a gift or an additional discount, the value of the gift or additional discount is considered as a general discount on the full amount at the time of purchase. If any part of the purchase is exchanged and/or returned, returned goods are valued at the purchase price less their relative share of the general discount. In case of exchange, no conversion of the original basis for gift or discount is made.
Promotion or offer of such gift or additional discount is only available for new purchases through the trading venue www.blomsterringen.se and cannot be obtained retroactively. Gift or discount cannot be transferred to another purchase and cannot be credited when switching to other goods.
Transport damage
The flower ring is responsible for goods that are damaged or lost during delivery to you. Complaints of transport damage must be made within a reasonable time. When receiving the consignment, it is therefore important to check that the goods are not damaged by transport. Blomsterringen recommends that you report any transport damage directly on the spot at the delivery agent and then contact Blomsterringen’s customer service. Remember to keep all packaging and product packaging in case of transport damage.
Payment
In cooperation with Klarna, we offer invoice payment, partial payment, credit card payment and direct payment. This payment solution is called Klarna.
By providing information at checkout, you agree to Klarna’s terms and conditions. By clicking on “Complete purchase” you agree to Blomsterringen terms and conditions.
Klarna will present some information to you as soon as you are identified. The information you need to provide to achieve identification may vary between different purchase opportunities and customers. No credit report is ever taken directly in Klarna but if necessary depending on the payment option you have chosen. Credit reports taken by Klarna do not affect your credit worthiness and cannot be seen by others who request credit reports about you, such as banks. After you have been identified, Klarna will show you which options are available to you.
Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond Blomsterringen’s reasonable control, for example in the event of a change in legislation, government action, strike, blockade, sabotage, war, terrorism, fire, flood, natural disaster or similar events, Blomsterringen’s obligation to perform the purchase contract shall be postponed for as long as the circumstance prevails. If such delay exceeds 2 months, both you and Blomsterringen have the right to cancel the contract with immediate effect without any obligation to pay damages.
Personal data
Blomsterringen is responsible for ensuring that the personal data provided in connection with purchases is handled in accordance with the Personal Data Act. By approving the purchase agreement with Blomsterringen, you agree that your data will be saved, in order to process your order and carry out the purchase, facilitate future purchases, enable updating of your order status and for sending offers from Blomsterringen, or Blomsterringen’s partners, by sms, e-mail or other direct mail. As a customer, you can take note of the saved data, change them or ask for deletion. You can also withdraw your consent to receive offers at any time.
Price and Product Information
In the event of any defects in stock status or price, Blomsterringen reserves the right to cancel a purchase agreement. If the product has been discontinued or for any other reason is not available, Blomsterringen is not obliged to provide the product but may suggest an alternative item. All image information should be seen as illustrations and cannot be guaranteed to reproduce the exact appearance and nature of the product.
Reviews
By giving reviews about products on blomsterringen.se you also give Blomsterringen the right to publish them on blomsterringen.se as well as in other channels and media. Blomsterringen reserves the right not to publish and/or delete submitted reviews.
Other
We follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board of Complaints and Swedish law in the event of a dispute.
